What are the opening times?

Can I purchase food at the venue?

There will not be food available at the venue, however there are several takeaways and restaurants within the vicinity of Rescue Rooms.​

Will there be any merchandise?

Yes! You will be able to purchase merchandise from the Rescue Rooms and the Tap n Tumbler.

 

Can I leave the venue and come back later? 

Pass outs will be allowed throughout the event. Please make sure you look after your wristband as you won't get back in without it!

I can't attend anymore, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately all tickets are non refundable, however there is a fan resell service on See Tickets.

What is your entry policy? 

Rescue Rooms and Red Rooms are 14+ venues.  Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible person over the age of 18. Ghost Nightclub and The Tap n Tumbler is 18+ only. Both venues operate a challenge 25 policy and we recommend all customers bring proof of age.
