TERMS & CONDITIONS

Purchase of tickets is subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully as making a purchase for this event suggests you accept them.

FESTIVAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Mangata Festival “the Festival” is owned and operated by Mangata Music (“we”, “our”, “us”).. 

By purchasing a ticket for the Festival you understand that line up of entertainment may be subject to change and we cannot be held liable or compensate for any changes. Upon attending the Festival, you agree to be bound by our Ticket Terms, Security and Photo Policy (as listed below), which we reserve the right to update and/or modify at any time.

The Rescue Rooms and Red Rooms are 14+ only, the Tap n Tumbler is 18+, and proof of age may be required upon entry. The venue operates a challenge 25 policy but we advise all customers to ensure the carry proof of age. Refunds will not be issued to any persons refused entry for failure to provide proof of age. 

We take every step to keep the event environment safe, but we cannot accept any liability or responsibility for any injury, loss, theft or damage of you, your personal belongings or property while at the Festival.

The festival will be held at Masonic Place, Goldsmith Street, Nottingham NG1 5JT. By attending the festival you are subject to the venue's rules, terms and conditions.

TICKET TERMS
You must have a valid e-ticket or paper ticket to gain admission to the event and you will be asked to present your ticket in order to obtain a festival wristband. Failure to do so will result in refusal of admission for which we cannot be held responsible for.

SECURITY POLICY  

Wristbands will be issued upon arrival. These must not be removed, as persons without a wristband will be ejected from the event.

Abusive or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated and you will be ejected from the festival immediately. Please note that bag and person searches will be in operation throughout the festival. Prohibited items will be confiscated. These include, but are not limited to: drugs, weapons, glass, alcohol. Please note that you will not be permitted to bring your own food and drink into the venue.

PHOTO POLICY

Ticket holders are not permitted to bring tripods or any kind of professional camera or lighting equipment into the venue. If you are taking photos or filming around the festival, please respect people’s privacy. Some people may not want to have their image taken. If you would like to apply for a photo pass, please contact us.
